    • Employment or income information

    • Copies of tax returns or other income documentation

    • Copies of documents related to other real estate you own

  • If you’re reducing the interest rate on your existing rental home’s mortgage, this program is for you.

    WHAT WE NEED:

    • Photo ID

    • Copy of the existing mortgage monthly statement

    • Copy of the existing lease, if applicable

    • Bank statements showing reserves, typically 3 months of the home’s mortgage payment

    • An appraisal (we order)
